Laywer

Marit advises and litigates on all aspects of corporate litigation, corporate governance and liability. She represents a variety of companies and institutions and assists managing directors, supervisory directors and shareholders.

In 2022, Marit successfully completed the the post-graduate specialisation course in Corporate Law and Business Law of the Grotius Academie.

Marit is a member of the Corporate Litigation Association, the Association for Procedural Law and the Association for Commercial Law.
