Lawyer

Lisette was sworn in as a lawyer in 2016 and joined Florent on 1 March 2021. She is a member of the Corporate/M&A team, focusing primarily on M&A transactions and commercial contracts. Lisette also has experience in assisting companies faced with financial difficulties.
