Florent’s lawyers regularly work in an international context, whether in relation to cross-border transactions or legal proceedings. In international cases we work together closely with leading foreign law firms. Over the years we have established an extensive international network of law firms, most of which have a profile similar to ours (boutique law firms).
Florent has exclusive membership in the Netherlands of FraudNet, the network of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) that represents parties prejudiced as a consequence of (international) commercial fraud.
Because we understand the importance of knowing who we (and our clients) are working with, we regularly visit our foreign colleagues and take part in international meetings such as the annual conference of INSOL Europe and seminars of the International Bar Association (IBA), The Hague Convention and the ICC. All of this enables us to also provide you with excellent assistance in cross-border issues.
