Joris Oster specialises in employment law and has over 20 years' experience as a lawyer. Joris advises and litigates on a variety of employment law topics, including dismissals, collective redundancies, investigations, remuneration issues and works council issues. Before joining Florent, Joris worked at Allen & Overy, for which he also spent some time in New York, and led the employment law practice of Simmons & Simmons as a partner from 2010.
