Lawyer

Vera was sworn in as a lawyer in 2016 and is a member of the Insolvency Law and Dispute Resolution teams. Vera advises and litigates in particular in the fields of insolvency law, restructuring, general property law and security interests, commercial contracts and (directors’) liability.

Vera worked at RESOR before joining Florent. Vera studied Law and Economy at Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen. In 2022 Vera successfully completed the Grotius course on Insolvency. Vera is a member of INSOLAD, NVRII, the Dutch Association for Comparative and International Insolvency Law and Vereniging Jonge Insolventieadvocaten (JIRA).
