Since joining the bar in 2011, Emille has gained broad experience in the field of corporate and commercial litigation. He represents shareholders, managing directors, supervisory directors, companies and other stakeholders in a wide range of cases related to corporate law in a broad sense. Emille also internally investigates alleged irregularities at the request of companies and semi-public institutions.
Emille is regularly requested to lecture in his area of expertise, in particular on the role of supervisory directors and supervisory boards. He also uses his experience as a managing director of Blikverruimers, an organisation that aims to rejuvenate supervisory boards. Every year, for instance, 20 young talents are trained as supervisory directors of the future.
Emille worked at Houthoff until 2019.
Emille is a member of the Corporate Litigation Association and the Association of Young Litigation Lawyers.
He is also one of the authors of the Dutch chapter of the ‘Chambers Global Practice Guide on Litigation 2021.
