Sophie specialises in employment law and has extensive experience advising on a broad range of employment-related matters including individual and collective dismissals, transfer of undertaking, employee participation, outsourcing and restrictive covenants. Sophie assists large and medium-sized Dutch and international companies on dismissals, reorganisations, works council processes and harmonisation of employment conditions, and provides employment law support on M&A transactions. Her specific focus areas are flexible employment relationships and HR-related data protection.
Sophie was admitted to the Dutch bar in 2011. Before joining Florent, Sophie worked for Allen & Overy LLP for 13 years.
Sophie is a member of the Dutch Association of Employment Lawyers (VAAN).
